Tutti i prodotti commercializzati da PLAYHOME SRL sono coperti da garanzia ufficiale di 24 mesi ai sensi della vigente legge e secondo le direttive indicate dai rispettivi produttori. Per fruire dell'assistenza in garanzia, il Cliente dovrà conservare il documento fiscale (o Fattura) che riceverà insieme ai beni acquistati. Copia conforme del documento di acquisto (in formato PDF) potrà essere richiesta scrivendo a email@example.com.
The manufacturer’s conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.
The Customer may request to PLAYHOME SRL the repair under warranty, writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicating the number and date of the purchase invoice, as well as a detailed description of the defect found.
Only after being authorized by the Customer Service, the damaged material can be shipped in free port (or shipping costs at the expense of the Customer) directly to the logistics of PLAYHOME following the instructions of the Return procedure. PLAYHOME will undertake the correct repair of the damaged product to send it to the Authorized Service Center and will send back at its own expense, the material repaired to the Customer.
Any replacement and/or repair will be assessed after receiving and verifying the returned product.
If, following the intervention of the Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty, the customer will be notified in advance of any costs of restoration and if accepted by the customer, subsequently charged. For faulty products at the first use, the Customer may contact PLAYHOME that, at its own discretion and/ or according to the manufacturer’s directives, will replace with product of equal or greater characteristics or refund (except shipping costs).
The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02 applies to products with a lack of conformity, provided that the same is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the attached technical documentation.
The time of replacement or possible repair of the product depends exclusively on the manufacturer and/ or the Authorized Repair Center. PLAYHOME is not responsible for the investigation and repair times at the Authorized Centres, without prejudice to the commitment to a constant reminder for a short resolution.
